Our Office Manager Wendy has been serving customers at the Jeff Gannon State Farm since 2010. She enjoys helping our good neighbors better understand their auto, home, and life insurance needs while delivering personalized service and thoughtful support. Wendy holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management with a minor in Marketing from Mississippi State University and has proudly called Wilson County home for more than 25 years.

Alisha Hardaway-Kinsey
Alisha brings a strong heart of servitude to her role at State Farm, supported by extensive leadership experience on executive boards serving women and children affected by domestic hardship. She has over ten years of experience as an HR manager, where she developed expertise in employee relations, organizational support, and team leadership. After stepping away to focus on family and contribute to her husband’s catering business, she returned to the workforce with a renewed commitment to service. Caroline joined the Jeff Gannon State Farm Insurance team in Lebanon in February 2025. She is a University of Tennessee alumna and is currently pursuing her master’s degree at Cumberland University. Caroline was raised in Middle Tennessee and now lives in Lebanon with her fiancé and enjoys music, writing, and cheering on the Vols.
