"I highly recommend asking to speak with Alisha Hardaway-Kinsey at Jeff Gannon's office if you decide to go with State Farm. She went above and beyond helping me with a vehicle claim recently. I do not recommend State Farm as an insurance provider. The vehicle ended up being a total loss and State Farm's non-negotiable offer was $3,000 short of a comparable replacement. State Farm has also denied a roof claim related to storm damage. I have spoke with several other families and they have had the same experience with State Farm not paying claims. This one star rating is not for the Jeff Gannon office/team members. They have no control over the claims portion."
