"Wendy is a great woman! But I talk to a man several times and he never did what I asked him to do! Suppose to have taken my card off file so I wasn’t charged for the next month because I was looking for somewhere else cheaper because the prices went up than what they quoted my mom! Now I’m waiting on a return of my money! Like I said had call Wendy to make sure I was getting my money back! She helped me get within 7 to 10 business days! But the gentleman who I talked to first, had me not getting it until may 3! I just wonder is that the man who has name on the office because this is the second time of not good business!!!!!!!"

I do not recommend State Farm as an insurance provider. The vehicle ended up being a total loss and State Farm's non-negotiable offer was $3,000 short of a comparable replacement. State Farm has also denied a roof claim related to storm damage. I have spoke with several other families and they have had the same experience with State Farm not paying claims. This one star rating is not for the Jeff Gannon office/team members. They have no control over the claims portion."
