💰 Compensation $45,000 - $80,000 Per Year (Salary + Commission/Bonus)

- 🧑💼 Sales and Insurance Enthusiasts Prior sales or insurance experience preferred but not required.

Requirements ✅
- Property & Casualty License Must be able to obtain.
- Life & Health License Must be able to obtain.
- Sales Experience A successful track record in meeting sales goals is preferred.
- Marketing Experience Knowledge of marketing strategies and the ability to make presentations.
- Achievement-Oriented Demonstrated success in achieving marketing goals.
Responsibilities
- 📚 Customer Education Use a needs-based review process to explain insurance options and financial products.
- 📈 Lead Development Generate leads, schedule appointments, and identify customer needs.
- 🎯 Product Marketing Market State Farm products and services to meet customer needs.
- 🔝 Integrity and Commitment Maintain a strong work ethic and uphold the values of integrity and success.
- 👥 Team Collaboration Engage in team meetings and collaborative efforts to support agency goals.
- 🎓 Ongoing Learning Actively participate in hands-on learning and coaching to become an industry expert.
